What Can I do to Help?
There are many things that need to be done to make this event run smoothly. Most of the things you can do will get you into the event as one of the first shoppers.
1. We need to advertise this event so we can get as many shoppers into the event as possible. More buyers = more sales = more money in your pocket. Contact me to get flyers. Post at daycares, school, church, work anywhere you know people with children will see it.
I am bartering for the things below!!! Barters will be able to attend the presale as one of the first shoppers.
1. Need tables 2 tables will get you 1 pass to the 1st presale time.
2. Clothing racks: provide any clothing rack and get 1 pass to the 1st presale time.
3. We also need volunteers to work shifts. We will have 4 hour shifts and 2 hour shifts. Please contact me to work a shift. Work 4 hrs and earn a presale pass.
4. We need someone to make signs and post them around town on the days of the sale. At busy intersections and such. For this job you will receive 1 free pass to the first presale time.
We would like to be able to provide our volunteers with a drink and snack during their shifts so you could help with that.
5. Drinks (soda/water) enough for 10 people a day x 3 days.
6. Snack or light finger foods for 10 people x 3 days.
